LABOPICHOT is an independent French manufacturer of plastic packaging, founded in 1989 and headquartered in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region. For over 35 years, we have been designing and producing custom bottles, pill dispensers, caps and dispensers for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, veterinary and food supplement sectors. Our entire production is Made in France.
LABOPICHOT masters the complete plastic packaging manufacturing chain, from raw material selection to finished product delivery. Our production facilities are equipped with injection moulding and blow moulding lines for the production of bottles, dispensers, caps and pill containers.
Production of pill dispensers, caps, small containers and technical parts. High precision, tight tolerances, multi-cavity tooling for high-volume runs.
Production of PET, PEHD and PP bottles from 10ml to 2L. Crystal-clear PET stretch blow moulding for cosmetic and food supplement applications.
In-house colour compounding, screen printing (up to 4 colours), hot stamping, self-adhesive labelling and shrink sleeve application.
ISO 50001 energy certified. Full traceability. Dimensional checks, leak testing, visual inspection at start, middle and end of each production run. CoA available.
Quality Management System certification covering the entire production process. Full traceability, non-conformance management, continuous improvement. Certificate available on request.
Our PET, PEHD and PP materials comply with European Cosmetics Regulation CE 1223/2009. Migration testing and material declarations of conformity available.
PET, PEHD, PP and rPET materials comply with European food contact regulations. Declarations of compliance issued per reference on request.
Selected PP and PEHD grades meet USP Class VI biocompatibility requirements for pharmaceutical and veterinary applications. Technical dossiers available for MA submissions.
